Was contacted within a day of applying online to set up a phone interview. After that, I completed the phone interview with Ash, the VP of New Ventures, who then invited me in for the next interview. The interview consisted of my background and my interests then she told me I would take an hour long marketing test that I would complete then explain my answers to her. It wasn't hard, just impromptu so had to get into the zone to work fast. Completed it, shared my ideas and answers, and she thanked me by telling me that she has a few other candidates and that no matter what I would hear from her both ways within two-three days. I followed up after 5 business days with an email from the thread we previously communicated with, and not even a simple reply to let me know I did not get the job. Over two weeks passed and nothing from her, or anyone at Sparkart. Was excited for the potential of what could have been, more disappointed about how unprofessional the follow-up process was handled when you tell someone you will contact them.
