Finishing with a competence interview, in english, lasting one hour, with a canadian. The interviewer accent was difficult to understand, so be prepared to understand. Whatch movies in english, be prepared for everything.

The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
