Applied through a referral. Received a call from HR after 2 days of application. There were two rounds. First telephonic and the second was a video call as I was in another location. The second round of interview was of professional and structural type which took for three hours. It has been 2 weeks now and there has been no communication from Shell. Companies should have the courtesy to provide feedback whether positive or negative and should not keep the candidate waiting. Highly disappointed with the process.
