Be prepared to answer questions based on the STAR format. Before the interview with a manager you will need to pass a skills test and do an interview over the phone with a recruiter. When you arrive be sure it is on time. However, do not expect for the manager to interview you immediately. They like to make you wait awhile. They want to know if you can solve problems, fit into the work environment, and if you have leadership qualities. They prefer people who tend to be overachievers and goal oriented.

The interview for me was a 3 part process. The first two were recorded and AI style inquiries. The last was an in-person (virtual) interview. I highly recommend anyone who is interviewing to learn the S.T.A.R. method of answering qurstions. This actually is good advice for interviewing for any position in any industry. Anyway, back to Progressive. It was almost a month long process. At least 7-10 days in between each step. It was a bit scary having radio silence during the process, but if this is a company you are aiming for, I suggest you just utilize your patience in the process. They will want to know the basic questions and qualifications you possess. They also will want to know about your time-management, how you relate to customers and handle stressful situations, deadlines and the big one "WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR PROGRESSIVE?" Like I said, research the company, be prepared with answers and just remember to breathe and do your best.
