4-5 typical interview questions and 4 star method interview questions. Felt like a conversation more than an interview. Do study and prepare for each subject of the star method ex. interpersonal skills, time management. etc. Have one answer set for each topic on the star method. So when asked on a time that had to do with that skill, you have an answer already.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
