Interview was complicated for no reason. Use the S.T.A.R. Method and you’ll be fine, but this job in particular doesn’t even require brain skills. You just follow their manual like a robot. As soon as you reach their standards then they’ll make it even harder to meet new goals that are always impossible to meet. I always had amazing accuracy but they moved the line as soon as I meet one goal. As if you can get done with a call when your people are at the scene with police sirens in the background and they’re arguing with the other driver. Insane.

Lots of steps to the interview process- there’s an initial phone interview, then a link is sent with interview style questions where you record your responses and submit video and finally, an interview via zoom.
