I came in for 2 different interviews. On the second interview I meet the CEO interview was easy. No crazy questions. I did have to talk to two account managers who asked me about myself they seemed taken off guard. I really liked the team. I also had to take a aptitude test at the end of the interview. The oddest thing after the second interview they sent me a lengthy project on how to bring in clients for their largest client. It was very detailed analytical project along with a power point presentation. To be honest I felt like they wanted free work. Never have I heard of asking someone your not paying to do that much work. It was a very complex project. I can only think it was to obtain free ideas. When I asked for extra time on the very long project they said they weren't interested any longer.
