An initial interview began with (what seemed to me) an outsourced HR team member. Over Teams, but camera was not required and she did not have her camera on. It was 20 minutes. I thought I hit it off with her really well, she said I'd hear back from her by the end of the week (it was Tuesday) and I heard nothing. Didn't get a rejection letter or anything. I tried sending a thank you email after the interview, and her email address wasn't a legitimate one. I know no one here knows me, but I sincerely thought the interview went very well. It was mostly to connect and see if the job fit, and being as though the past several years of my life, I've been a Sales Coordinator, I thought I fit pretty well! Anyway, no response or even a rejection email. It struck me as pretty impersonal, especially after an informal interview. I thought they'd be better than that. And I've checked my spam/junk folder.
