2 interviews with 4 different people and 1 assignment. They asked me during the first interview how much I would need and they offered a much lower salary than my current one, when I explicitly said I wouldn’t leave for less. Which they were aware. They still made me go through a second round of interview and an assignment. Also, during the first round they said hours would be from 9-18 then during the second interview I learned about Saturday shifts and soon to be different hours or work. Fully remote job although. Seems to be a fun company.

Overall, the actual interview process was enjoyable. Spoke with an HR rep and was given a take home assignment before entering the final interview. However, I do feel that their communication with candidates could be better. After completing the process, I didn't hear anything for two weeks. I decided to follow up with the HR rep I interviewed with, and again nothing. While I have no hard feelings over not getting the position, I do feel that if you decide on another candidate(s) you should send a follow-up informing everyone else who interviewed that you're going in another direction.
