KPFF Special Projects Division Seattle was recruiting at my college so I was able to get an interview. About a week later, I interviewed with a Principal along with an engineer who was observing the process. I was asked basic questions focused on working in teams. Things like team leadership and communication were brought up.
first round interview was with a recruiter who you could tell was just there to write down answers. No conversation just question and then silence as they wrote. Felt awkward and forced.

two part interview. first step was call with HR who provided a long background on the company. then I received an email informing me I had moved on to the next round. scheduled a meeting with the team lead at their building and got asked basic interview questions.

The first interview was with two HR representatives who provided an overview of the company and the position and asked to hear about my background and experience. The second interview was with two engineers, one junior and one senior, who asked more in-depth questions about my qualifications and what I wanted to do in my career.
