Initially, I come to know about the job opening through job portal. I applied online later on I have received call from HR in which they have taken details about experience and other synopsis. Very first round was technical in telephonic mode in which they have assessed me in depth on CorePHP, CakePHP, Jquery, Mysql, Ajax. Next round was again telephonic in which they have judged me on other parameters such as project handling, team work etc. Thirdly, it was a skype video round in which they asked me questions on HTTP Request, Angular JS, Framework Knowledge. Followed by final face to face HR round in which they have verified educational credentials, experience in order to complete offer process.

As I am a Sr developer and also works as a team leader I have good knowledge of PHP & Laravel framework and In interview most of the question asked from PHP, Laravel & MySQL. And I have given the correct answer of a around 95℅ of a question asked by Sir. After the interview there is no update regarding my interview still so many days. I sent an email so many times but they didn't reply. One day they sent me email that we are not going further without any reason. And I again sent so many emails regarding reason why am I not selected, they again didn't reply till today. Because if you are lying the truth then & then you can't reply. Please do not waste time of a good and knowledgeable developer which are very good in his skills.
