The interview process ran smoothly, with several selection rounds. It started with the HR round with general know-how and some housekeeping questions. The second round was a case study and a demonstration of proficiency in functional tasks. Then came a peer and functional round where I was asked operational questions about my approach toward the role. Followed by the reporting manager's round, who was interested in knowing if I was the organization and culture fit. The final round was with the HoD, and it seemed I lost my edge there. Great experience overall.
