The interview was held over the phone and was less than ten minutes, with questions about sales experience. The interviewer was extremely pleasant to talk to and she was straight to the point. She did inform me that there would be a quick assessment test after the interview if I accepted the position.

Total of three interviews asking about KPI's, most challenging situations, handling constructive criticism and reaching sales goals. First interview will be with a recruiter and the second two are with the sales manager.

The process (from beginning to end) was very quick, efficient and straightforward. A personality index was a portion of the process, initially results aren’t provided. However once hired, you’ll take another one and are able to review the results. Overall it was a painless experience.
The interview process was easy. First you get a phone call and then you get some assessments which you are required to finish within time. Overall it was good experience.
