The training took about 3-4 months (August/Sept-December), and the interviews occurred around the final exam. There were two interviewers, one who appeared to just be learning the ropes, and they ask the typical questions-- think of a time when you had a difficult client, how you are a team player, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
