It was a face to face interview of about 40-50 minutes. Generally aptitude is also there but i gave direct personal interview.
It is easy to clear if you have basic knowledge of taxation and good analytical skills.

This interview took place several years ago. It was an easy process, more like "getting to know you" in terms of hours and flexibility. Unfortunately, I was unable to commit to their desired level of flexibility. When they realized that I had young kids to care for, they indirectly suggested that I apply "when I am ready".
