I was interviewed by the district manager, who was very friendly and polite. I was asked how I would handle an upset customer, what I have done to go "above and beyond" for a client, and what I liked best about my prior work experiences. I was semi-concerned because our interview didn't last even 10 minutes, but I got the job and they like me here.
