None of it is awkward and stressful, it feels like they aren't judging you, but for the women, don't wear heels, there are lots of steep stairs.

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
