I applied online and within a few days we had the initial interview scheduled. It was rescheduled at the last minute. The interviewer called in late and gave me a rather lengthy description of their car troubles then offered to send my resume to friends in the recruiting industry in the local area. Total call length according to my cell phone log: 11 minutes. We spent very, very, little time talking about the position or the company (maybe 2 minutes, probably less). I'm honestly not sure why we even scheduled the call or what the point of it was.

I first had a phone screen, then the an in person interview with 3 key employees: Product Manager, SVP Operations, CEO I was highly impressed with all 3 interviewers, and especially with their HR person Taylor who was outstanding at following up. She also managed to get me in for an interview the day after the phone screen, so I could come in before my scheduled vacation the following week. This seems like a great company, and I look forward to hearing their progress in the coming years.
