Pretty straightforward kindof just described the job and didn't really ask many questions. Honestly didn't ask nearly as many questions as I had in past interviews. Two interviews total before they made me an offer. Pretty smooth process.
Label a picture of a house, answer some written questions about construction, and then a Panel interview with 5 people, not a hard interview but the pay was crazy low
