Got the call on a Monday for a Thursday interview, the interview was not difficult, they ask you the basic questions and you drive to work on print projects. The managers are a joke even interviewing.

-I found a listing on Craigslist and sent my email with Resume.
-Recruiter called me for a grammar/typing/spelling test.
-I was called back for a 1 on 1 meeting with my direct supervisor.
-Had an interview about what job entails
-They called the next day and offered the job to me.
