they first see your profile and if they find you eligible they call you directly and then there is their executive you tells you that you have to do and then it's done basically it's a very easy process

There was no interview, only the codechef profile was reviewed and based on that I was given the opportunity also try to have good number of questions solved. Reviewed and based on that I was given the opportunity.
