A 5 hour test consisting of writing a simple program in c/c++.
String comparison, basic usage of arrays, loops and the likes.
They bring 20 incompetent people to perform the tests as well, to make you feel special.
After passing this, you get sent to an interviewer to be asked some computer science riddles - same ones as in every company. Following this, another test at yet another interviewer.
