Applied online and initial contact was with company recruiter. One phone interview. One whole day of face to face interviews with 3 different people. Position was discussed and career growth opportunities as well. Offer was given with in next 3 days and accepted.

I went through employee referral in Bangalore; Process took 3 months in total with delays after each round of interview. I cleared each and every round including HR round till their mandatory English test but offer was never made. My last communication from them said, they are working on the compensation part but soon after they stopped responding to my calls and my emails.
