The interview process with Acceleration Partners lasted roughly one month in my case. It was comprised of phone and video calls as well as homework assignments and a presentation. I truly appreciated the process as it holds all applicants and future employees to the same high standard. The team members I talked with along the process were extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions inquired about. I am excited to be joining the Acceleration Partners team!

This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
