Hiring process was three interviews and an extensive back ground check. My interviews started with the area manager for about 1 hr. he submitted a background check and scheduled me for a second interview with the regional manager which was for about 45 minuets after the background check I had an interview with the area manager and the executive VP over the mid south division to discuss my future plans.
