To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented IT Platform Developer (m/f/d) to join us immediately or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

· Administration, maintenance, and further development of our IT infrastructure

· Installation and configuration of servers and networks

· Ensuring system availability and IT security

· Management of Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access rights

· Providing 1st and 2nd level support for employees

· Managing IT projects and digitalization initiatives

· Documentation of systems, processes, and IT policies

· Collaboration with external IT partners and service providers

Your Profile

· Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. ICT Specialist, System Engineer) or comparable qualification

· Several years of experience in system engineering

· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and IT security

· Experience with cloud solutions and modern workplace systems

· Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

· Strong service mindset and team spirit

· Good German and English language skills

Deine Aufgaben

· Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur

· Installation, Konfiguration von Servern und Netzwerken

· Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und IT-Sicherheit

· Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten

· Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support

· Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen

· Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und IT-Richtlinien

· Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Partnern und Dienstleistern

Dein Profil

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Systemtechnik

· Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Netzwerken und IT-Security

· Erfahrung mit Cloud-Lösungen und modernen Arbeitsplatzsystemen

· Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

· Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit

· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
