Opportunity Overview
Provides first line onsite post-sales service support to Teradyne customers.
Support customer production setup related matters for Final Test and Wafersort.
Manages Customers’ expectations on the service deliverables (ie. Response time, parts obligations etc).
Performs system installation, option upgrades, calibration, retrofit, training, remote troubleshooting.
Creates and implements support plan in conjunction with cross functional groups, including customers’ maintenance team, to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance cost
Works with customers to understand and improve test processes
Acts as the liaison between factory and customers
Escalates service problem and takes ownership of problem until resolution

Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Experience in ATE maintenance and field service are preferred.
Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
