As a part of the Draper team, you will own the core platform packaging YouTube’s content into brand-safe advertiser offerings, powering the billion-dollar YouTube Select and Sponsorships products. You will bridge advanced AI content packaging algorithms with ad-serving systems and buyflows, enabling advertisers to target and buy high-quality content (Lineups) across channels and videos.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to fluently work across our Java/C++ backends, Angular/Dart UI, Spanner/F1-based databases, and Flume pipelines. You will design and implement end-to-end features, integrate our products with Gemini, collaborate with product management, and get feedback directly from our sellers.
