Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Flight Scheduler. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, and is eager to contribute to ensuring smooth, seamless travel experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for managing all details related to flight coordination, from planning to customer support, and will work alongside a motivated, cheerful team in a dynamic workplace.

Your role

Coordinate Every Detail: Organize and coordinate flights for our customers, ensuring every trip is a smooth journey from takeoff to landing.
Be the Expert Advisor: Provide expert guidance to clients on aeronautical matters, from flight planning to regulatory requirements.
Global Connections: Work with aviation authorities worldwide, arranging overflight and landing permissions for international travel.
Flight Planning and Crew Support: Compile computer and ATC flight plans, coordinate airport and ATC slots, prepare crew briefings, while managing crew rotations and ground handling.

Your profile

Bachelor in Aviation and/or relevant work experience in the operational/dispatch field of private aviation
Proficiency in English, German is a plus
Communicative and customer-oriented personality who thrives in collaborative setting
Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and nights, to ensure our clients’ need are always met
