We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections
• Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets
• Work across all areas of the kitchen operation
• Support product and goods quality control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
• Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly
• Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Support and guide culinary apprentices when required

Your Profile

• Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification
• Initial experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage
• Passion for gastronomy and high-quality food products
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
