Very diverse chemistry, good ambiance between the colleagues
Kontras
SpiroChem has a toxic management culture and poor working conditions (special mention to the 37°C in the lab in summer). Communication is lacking, COO lying, and salaries are really uncompetitive. I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to work.
