Communication is the worst I've seen in any company ever. Starting at the application process, it was said to be a quick process and turned out to drag on for more than 4 months with a good 3 months in total of no feedback. I can understand sometimes it can take longer but they never updated me, I also had to ask 2 to 3 times before I got a half-hearted email back.
They were promising things like they would reach out for sure this week with the final result only for me to not hear from them for weeks and again having ro reach out myself and getting no response..
No idea how someone can work like this but it's unfortunately a good indicator of the communication while working there.
It's frustrating and disrespectful. I don't need an answer immediately but I need you to keep your word and not leave me hanging for months.
