I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.

An okay compensation and the actual internship program is really immersive

My onboarding was a mess. They had to push back my onboarding because of issues on their end and even with that, I had issues logging into their laptop, so my start date was also delayed.
