Roles and Responsibilities
OMLP is a 2-year rotational program consisting of 4 six-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.
There are 3 mandatory rotation types every OMLP will complete:
Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
Technical – (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)
Required Qualifications
Recent bachelors or masters degree in engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.
Fluent in German
Strong English skills
Desired Characteristics
Prior internship experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain (preferred).
Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing openness, transparency & humility.
A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain.
