Are you fond of technology that is rock-solid? Is buggy software driving you crazy? We're looking for someone like this to:

• manage the staff of test analysts and automation engineers, as well as coordinate with our external vendors
• create the test-plan and take care of the implementation of such
• develop new ways of increasing the quality of our existing mobile banking application
• partner with QA experts across the organization
• ensure Test process compliance and release readiness

Your team will be the guardians of quality: you will be playing a major role in go-live decisions. You’ll be working in an agile setup in our Circle One Team in Zurich. Our solution and environment is very demanding, fast paced and exciting. Join us and help us keep up the quality with your eagle eyes and persistence. You will be a gate keeper for Circle One deliveries.

You have:

• a graduate degree as well as software testing credentials (like ISTQB certification etc.)
• worked in a similar position for several years and ensured the quality for projects
• great interest in shaping the future of banking, with new touch points and all things Fintech
• an understanding of what it takes to roll out stable IT solutions in financial services
• knowledge of all test design and test management techniques
• profound experience in software testing towards function and nonfunctional requirements
• Experience in building automation test strategy and initiating automation processes from scratch
• you are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues in English, while German will be a plus
• known for not giving up until something is not only good but great
• analytical skills to cope with complex challenges in software engineering with a positive attitude and a great interest in shaping the future of technology in banking
