You will support the Cloud Endpoint Service Team that is responsible for providing all SDX employees with a state-of-the-art cloud-only workplace environment. Additionally, you will get a close look at the collaboration & communication infrastructure of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure's user management. The internship also provides experience in incident handling and Identity & Access Management activities. You will be connected, supported, and have great opportunities to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative global company. What You Will Do

• design and implement a CMDB inventory management for device change management according to ITIL standards
• assist with role definition activities within Identity & Access management process
• contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation for the whole organisation
• contribute to a new Data leakage Solution design and implementation
• develop automated workflows with different tools (ITSM Workflow Automator, Powershell, Power Automate, API Calls etc.)

What You Bring

• data science, computer science student or recent graduate
• familiar with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure or similar, and networking fundamentals
• familiar with ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management and Identity and Access Management
• willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
• fluency in English (both verbal and writing)
