Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java / Python) M/F
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java / Python), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions while contributing to the continuous evolution of our technology ecosystem.
Missions:
Design, develop, and deliver shippable features as part of Agile Scrum teams.
Develop robust back-end services using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and Java/Spring technologies.
Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging Docker and Kubernetes.
Contribute to front-end development using Angular or other modern web frameworks.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
Design and optimize database models and data access layers using SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and relational databases.
Propose and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance our software portfolio.
Support technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Mentor and coach junior developers when appropriate.
Missions:
Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of production applications.
Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests using pytest and unittest.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
Monitor application performance and implement continuous improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
Contribute to software quality, security, and operational excellence initiatives.
You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding software engineering environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building high-quality software products, and continuously learning new technologies. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.
You have gained solid experience in full-stack software development and are eager to further expand your expertise in cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering. You thrive in Agile environments, enjoy sharing knowledge with peers, and aspire to grow both technically and professionally while contributing to impactful products.
