Tasks

• Performance of Avionics and Software Systems Safety Assessments
• Definition, Validation and verification of Safety Requirements
• Risk assessment related to Continuous Airworthiness
• Support in Airworthiness certification topics and communication with local and European Aviation Authorities (e.g. EASA)
• Documentation activities

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems or similar Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in performing Safety Assessments in accordance with SAE ARP 4761 and hands-on experience in using SAE ARP 4754A for the development of aircraft systems
• Knowledge of Safety related FHA, SSA, Fault Tree Analysis, CMA, FMEAs, etc.
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in the field of Requirements Engineering using tools such as Rational DOORS
• Proactive, rigorous and resilient personality
• Very good command of the English language, both in oral and written form
