I got in touch with them through a Career Fair at University. It was quite surprising that I got a call for an interview ( I was in my first year of Masters). The phone interview was around 45 minutes. I was asked about my previous project in the area of Speech enhancement. I was also asked about sampling theory, decimation, interpolation, experience with assembly programming. The team does Audio Codecs with an embedded DSP that contains audio enhancement algorithms.
