It consisted a phone screening to test you qualification and then an on-site interview. There are 6 people interviewed you in one day. They usually started with a description about the company, the products and the position. Some had very technical questions whereas some are more relaxed and more like discussions.

3 rounds. The first was behavioral with very simple technical questions -- what's the offset voltage of an ideal op am, setup & hold time, etc. Second was mostly behavioral Third was behavioral with focus on my resume.
