On the day, company presentations and job information, one group task (18 candidates, 2 groups) then tour of the site and 2 to 1 interview of 45 mins. They promise feedback after a week but received none, not even a rejection email.

Applied online, revived phone call a few weeks later inviting to interview. Interview day in Havant consisted of a group task, around 5/6 people per group, an interview and 2 tours. Interview was 2:1, and lasted about 45 minutes. Within a week received a call with job offer.
