Submitted app, got contacted by District Manager (4 years ago), asked behavioral and experience questions, completed income tax course, filled out onboarding paperwork, completed background check, hired, Longest process was completing Income Tax Course, which is 6-10 weeks of classes meeting at various times dependent upon your schedule.
