It was tough because they asked some question that I was not expecting. It caught me off guard and I did not nearly as well as I hoped. However, I do wish I had prepare more in advance. I would definitely know good responses to team-oriented question that seemed to be a major focus.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.
