Basically they will not ask anything about your skills in interview. And there is No HR. Random people take your interview who has no idea about recruiting. Even if you highlight your specialization in a particular field , you will end up in a totally different department regardless of your background. It's because there is no professionalism in this company and nobody in the management are qualified enough to put you in a right place.
