Initial connection process was straight forward from a set up perspective. The screening call is possibly the most unprofessional call I've ever experienced in my 20 years of career. If they are going through the motions in talking to candidates or sharing any worthwhile information, it's a waste of all participants' time. If the recruiter isn't able to use their camera functionality, they should either get training or merely undertake a voice call. I feel I've had a near miss!
