First I had a video interview with the recruiter of the company.
2. round of interview was pair programming. It was a new approach and was interesting.
3. round of interview was 3.5 hours long and interviewed 5 people.
4. round of interview was another guy for half an hour.
After I spent all that time with them, they didn't even bother to tell me they decided not to proceed with me until I emailed them. All the interviews I had were great. Somehow they knew they were not going to hire me, but they didn't care about my time. They were just practising their interviewing skills on the other side of the table. I think it was very disrespectful. I don't recommend this company unless you need to practice your interviewing skills and have a lot of free time.
