An enthusiastic HR called me initially. He explained the role, said It is a contractor based role till this year-end; Later they will make permanent employment. I said I don't have hands-on experience with API documentation, he said that won't be a problem. First-round scheduled with Hyderabad panel then second round with US panel. After the interview, I haven't received any response. HR is not responded to calls and emails. So, I have emailed the US panel, she didn't respond. I felt this is unprofessional behaviour. I have suggestions for this enthusiastic HR, please respond to calls or emails. Just respond. I am not expecting an immediate offer, I'm just expecting Feedback and a response.

Everyone was super nice and I received great feedback From my reviews. However, the interview process was very slow and there were weeks where updates were provided, but no decisions or interviews were happening. I applied January 26th and interviewed the next week with a recruiter. The next week with someone in the engineering department. Then the recruiter ghosted me, apparently she left the company. I was able to connect with another recruiter and have another meeting, and I then I had to officially apply at the point. I guess my original application didn’t go through their system. I started to get the feeling things were very disorganized. Because of a weeklong sales summit, I waited another week to interview with the hiring manager. I was also given a vague writing assignment to “document one of their APIs.” Another week goes by and I interview with three separate people for 30 minutes each. Everything seems to be going well. I interviewed with a total of seven people. I wait another two weeks to hear about a possible offer. I was informed they went with someone else on March 27th. So, nearly two months after applying. Nice people, but the hiring process is glacial.
