They have a long application process. I submitted the application in March and they made a decision mid May. Everyone in the interviewing process was friendly and helpful. It seemed like they all wanted to hire me. They told me that I would hear within 2 weeks after the final interview and I heard 17 days later. I felt that it was a straightforward process and quite enjoyable as far as interviews go.

I didn't think any of the questions were difficult or unexpected. They use the STAR system of interviewing so if you understand that you will do fine.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
