Phone interview with HR. In person interview with Director and one of their peers. Was told they were interested but it took 3 weeks to make me an offer. Get all conditions in writing, the HR rep I worked with was let go because he promised things that were not true and when I pressed for them he was let go and I was told to direct my questions to a different HR rep

I was already internal and was applying for a promotion. One interview with two of the senior managers. They were polite and professional. Questions were fairly standard but specific to this department. They seem to care a lot about process improvement, SQL knowledge, ability to lead projects, lead calls and I think being a relatively polished professional helps. After the interview, I received an offer after a few days.
