Ernest Davis is one of the many talented people in our U.S. offices. He’s built an impressive career, and when he’s not working to make the world a safer place, he’s giving back to his community and constantly learning to sharpen his skills. “Over the past 20 years, I’ve focused on making technology work for people- not the other way around. I’ve worked as an Enterprise Technical Learning and Human-Centered Change Management professional in large corporations and even ran my own government contracting business. With every challenge and milestone, I’ve become a stronger, more capable version of myself. Today, I lead the newly formed IT Training & Enablement program, working closely with IT leadership and stakeholders to improve the employee experience through IT training at Cellebrite. As Black History Month approaches, I’ve been reflecting on my journey, and I’m proud of it. I’ve broken barriers, evolved, and had the privilege of watching my colleagues do the same. This growth fuels my commitment as a mentor via my fraternity (Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc.) and the community I’m deeply connected to. In the end, we’re not just shaping the future—we are the future.”

Few things you probably didn’t know about Rudi Dayan, One of the best Application Security Architect we know: Time travel: By 10th grade, Rudi was already working on his B.Sc. in mathematics. A few years later, he earned his master’s in data science while gaining valuable experience in one of the best places to practice cyber and cryptography. Today he leads the security aspect of our cloud products. Between Coffee Breaks: Rudi’s day revolves around cryptography and creating security requirements according to the privacy and compliance standards required by a public company. He profiles potential attackers, identifies threats, and, if needed, provides mitigations for architects. Above it all: "Beyond the global mission and working with top-tier clients who have a strong focus on data security, the main reason he's been here for three years is the opportunity: 'I joined during an exciting growth phase that’s still rolling. Once I had the chance to join a special team, create secured-by-design products, and leave my mark at a company destined for big things- it was clear I was here to stay.'" An Achievement to Hang on the Fridge: Despite many success stories born from his work with top architects on life-saving products, his biggest accomplishment was walking down the hallway and hearing Developers talking about his solutions and how they should be implemented in additional projects.
Here are a few things you might not know about our Cellebriter, Maya Moscovich: 1. When we say "worldwide," we mean it! While Maya’s Israeli at heart, she’s called Canada home for the past 15 years. Working remotely as the Sales Operations Manager for Federal accounts, she leads a team that brings deals to life straight from her home workstation. 2. Maya’s about to celebrate 5 years with Cellebrite! 🎉 3. She’s here for many reasons, but two key factors truly light her spark: “The opportunity to work for a company dedicated to public safety, and the incredible people I get to work with.” 4. At the 2022 SKO, Maya was surprised and thrilled to receive two prestigious awards - a testament to her remarkable achievements over the years. 5. When she’s not leading her team, you’ll find her spending quality time with her three kids, baking, hiking, or relaxing while enjoying stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the fall colors just outside her window.
When Nycole Bittencourt joined Cellebrite over two years ago, she brought with her 9 years of experience as an Investigator and 5 years as a Cybercrime Analyst. Now part of our Global Presales team, she’s helping police officers and investigators worldwide understand the full potential of Cellebrite’s tools. "As a police officer, I attended a Cellebrite demo and was blown away. I realized right then that this is what the future of protecting children and communities looks like. Shortly after, I saw how my background, combined with this groundbreaking technology, could make a real difference. That’s when everything clicked. It was the perfect next step in my career, and I’m so glad I made the leap." Thank you, Nycole, for your dedication to accelerating justice. We will continue to push the boundaries to protect communities everywhere.
In the past five years, Guy Rutenberg has been breaking records with us. His global team of vulnerability researchers has developed and continues to develop extraction capabilities for Apple devices, which are critical for investigations and often found at crime scenes: "When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them we work magic to unlock phones. After the initial jaw drop, I explain that this is how we protect communities worldwide. The capability we provide through Cellebrite’s products enables elite forces to access forensic evidence in a process that, without us, could take months – if not longer. My team is stacked with talent – some of the best in the world. They bring a 'can-do' attitude and a wealth of knowledge that allows us to outsmart Apple’s latest security updates. Honestly, we couldn’t be prouder to be part of the forces' toolkit. Everyone here has chosen a career that’s as rewarding for the mind as it is for the soul." A huge thank you to Guy and his incredible team, who elevate Cellebrite technology and keep us on track as the market leader in our domain.
“With family members in law enforcement and having served two years in the Singapore Police Force, I felt a strong connection when I saw the job opening at Cellebrite. Our mission to protect and save lives is a major reason to join, but it was Cellebrite’s partnerships with non-profits to combat crimes against children that truly motivated me to apply. I’m genuinely excited to share with my friends and family that I’m now part of the Cellebrite team. My role involves qualifying all leads from the APAC region before they go to the Sales Directors, which is crucial for our success. It feels great to know that each lead represents an opportunity to help fight crime. Since joining, I’ve had fantastic experiences, including attending the SKO in the Middle East, which brought my team and me together in Greece. The dynamic nature of this industry keeps things interesting, and I’m always learning something new. Looking back over the past year, I’m really glad I hit that “Apply” button. This has been a massive change in my life, and with Cellebrite pushing technological boundaries, I’m excited about the many adventures that lie ahead.”
